Product display

Enable rich product cards in chat responses. Use the Product display toggle to let the bot surface products visually.

Availability

- Product display is available on all plans once enabled in Tools.

- Responses will render product cards when the model/toolchain returns product data.

How to enable
  1. Open a bot workspace → Tools tab.
  2. Toggle Product Display on.
  3. Save changes.

Behavior

- When enabled, chat responses can include product cards with titles, prices, and summaries.

- If disabled, the bot will respond in text only.

- Combine with suggested actions to guide users to product discovery prompts.

Tips & troubleshooting

- If cards are missing, confirm the toggle is on and the bot has product data or tools configured to return products.

- Keep product data clean and include price/summary fields to render good cards.
