Conversation logs

View and filter chat logs. Search by user or bot, filter by errors, and drill into messages for any conversation.

Where to find logs

- Dashboard → Logs.

- Admins can see all logs; users see their own.

Filters & search

- Search by text (user name/email, bot title, or conversation properties).

- Filter by user email, bot, and errors-only.

- Sort by created date ascending/descending.

- Pagination controls to browse pages of logs.

Drilling into a conversation

- Click a log entry to open the conversation messages page.

- Messages view shows each message, role, and token data.

- Use search/sort on the messages page as needed.

Troubleshooting

- Use the errors-only filter to isolate failed conversations.

- If a conversation isn't visible, confirm your role (admin vs user) and that the bot belongs to you.
