- Starter: 1 bot, limited storage/files, single store, no web search/MCP.
- Pro: similar limits to Starter but includes 1 MCP server slot.
- Advanced: higher limits, multiple stores, web search enabled, 3 MCP slots.
- Enterprise: unlimited features and custom limits.
- Web search: Advanced and Enterprise.
- Drive imports: Advanced and Enterprise.
- Multi-store attach: Advanced and Enterprise.
- MCP servers: Pro (1), Advanced (3), Enterprise (unlimited).
- Bots, files, storage bytes, messages/day, tokens/month are enforced per plan.
- Usage page (Settings → Usage) and dashboard cards show current usage vs. limits.
- Lifetime totals are tracked for messages/tokens/storage.
- Use the Upgrade modal (from gated features or Usage page) to move to Pro/Advanced.
- Pro → Advanced uses a subscription swap (prorated); Starter → paid uses Polar checkout.
- Enterprise is custom—contact sales.
- For non-Enterprise plans, use the Billing page to open the billing portal and manage payment methods/invoices.
- Enterprise handles billing offline; portal is not shown.
- Choose Starter/Pro for light usage or single-bot scenarios.
- Upgrade to Advanced for multi-store, web search, Drive imports, and more MCP slots.
- Enterprise for unlimited features and custom limits.
