Billing portal & invoices

Manage payment methods, view/download invoices, and cancel plans via the billing portal (non-Enterprise plans).

Who can access

- Portal is available for Starter/Pro/Advanced paid subscribers.

- Enterprise plans handle billing offline; portal is hidden.

How to open the portal
  1. Go to Dashboard → Settings → Billing.
  2. Click Manage your subscription (opens portal).
  3. Use the portal to update payment methods, download invoices, or cancel.

What you can do in portal

- Update payment methods.

- View/download past invoices.

- Manage subscription status (cancel or resume where supported).

Troubleshooting

- If the portal button fails, refresh and try again; ensure you're logged in.

- If invoices are missing, confirm you're on a paid plan and billing is active.

- For payment failures, update the card in the portal and retry.
