Dashboard tour
Orient yourself on the Raian dashboard: usage overview, activity charts, navigation, and where to find bots, data, tools, and billing.
- A welcome header with your name.
- Usage overview cards for bots, files, storage, messages, and tokens.
- Activity chart (30-day messages & conversations) and detailed usage metrics.
Header
Shows the welcome text and short description. This is static; it won't affect usage.
Usage overview cards
At-a-glance counters for Bots, Files, Storage, Messages, and Tokens, tied to your current plan limits. Limits update after an upgrade and reflect your active plan (Starter/Pro/Advanced/Enterprise).
Activity chart
Interactive line/area chart for the last 30 days showing messages and conversations. Useful to spot spikes in traffic.
Detailed usage
Breakdowns of current-period usage (messages/day, tokens/month) plus lifetime totals for messages, tokens, and storage.
Bots
View, create, or open bot workspaces (General, Display, Data, Tools, MCP Servers, WhatsApp, Publish).
Files
Upload files into vector stores, import from Drive (plan-gated), and delete files. Quotas respect your plan limits.
Stores
Create/import vector stores, edit metadata, and track storage usage per store.
Jobs
Monitor queued Drive imports; see status, processed counts, and progress.
Logs
Conversation logs with filters (user, bot, errors) and per-conversation message drilldown.
MCP Servers
Org-level list of MCP server connections; gated by plan (Pro/Advanced+).
Settings → Usage
Usage metrics mirrored from the dashboard plus upgrade modal entry point.
Settings → Billing
Access the billing portal to manage payment methods and invoices (non-Enterprise).
- Usage cards and detailed metrics reflect your current plan limits.
- Upgrade CTAs appear on pages when a feature is gated (e.g., web search, Drive imports, MCP).
- After checkout, Usage refreshes automatically; the docs page will reflect updated limits on refresh.
