Jobs queue

Monitor Drive import jobs: status, progress, and processed file counts. Use the Jobs page to track bulk ingestion.

Where to view jobs

- Dashboard → Jobs.

- Jobs are created when you import from Drive on the Files page.

Table columns

- Run ID

- Folder URL

- Status (queued, in_progress, completed, failed)

- Progress indicator (live updates)

- Total files and processed count

- Created at

Live updates

- Progress and processed counts update in real time while the job runs.

- Refresh the page to fetch the latest data if needed.

Troubleshooting

- Failed jobs: check the status column; retry the Drive import if the link or store was invalid.

- Long-running jobs: large folders take time; monitor processed counts.
